Sharon Conner is the Owner and Broker of Leading Edge Realty, LLC, bringing more than 20 years of real estate experience to buyers, sellers, business owners and investors throughout Alaska.
In addition to being a real estate broker, Sharon is also a licensed Mortgage Loan Advisor, giving her a unique, well-rounded perspective on the entire transaction. She understands not only the real estate side of buying and selling, but also the financing strategies that can help clients structure a purchase, refinance or investment in a way that supports their bigger goals.
Known for her hands-on approach, strong market knowledge and commitment to personalized service, Sharon believes real estate should never feel like a one-size-fits-all experience. Whether helping a client purchase a home, sell a property, relocate or build an investment portfolio, she focuses on clear communication, practical guidance and creating a strategy tailored to each client's needs.
Her combined background in real estate, mortgage lending, property management and investing allows her to help clients look beyond the immediate transaction and make informed decisions with the bigger picture in mind.

As a real estate professional, Emily takes pride in providing attentive, personalized service and making sure her clients feel informed and supported from the first conversation through closing. She approaches every transaction with integrity, attention to detail and a commitment to making the process as smooth and straightforward as possible.
Before beginning her career in real estate, Emily proudly served in the United States Air Force. Her military experience instilled the discipline, resilience, accountability and strong work ethic that she now brings to every client relationship. She understands the importance of communication, meeting deadlines, staying organized and following through, especially when the details matter most.
Emily moved to Alaska with the Air Force in 2019 and, after separating from military service in 2021, chose to make Alaska her home. She quickly fell in love with the beauty, freedom and outdoor lifestyle that make the state such a special place to live.
When she is not helping clients with their real estate goals, Emily can usually be found enjoying the outdoors. She loves hunting, fishing, hiking and camping with her husband, and recently became a mom of a beautiful baby boy.
